Parking Pass

Prior to purchasing a parking pass, please complete the following.

Parking Pass:

  • Parents: Log in to your parent Focus account > Forms Summary and complete the FSUS Parking Permission Form. Reach out to [email protected] if you have any trouble logging in.
  • Students: Login to your student Focus account > Forms Summary and complete the FSUS Parking Student Agreement. This form requires you to upload your student driver's license, proof of insurance, and vehicle information.


If you purchase a parking pass during the summer, we will arrange "pick up dates".  Otherwise, parking passes will be distributed to your class on the first day of school. If you purchase a parking pass during the school year, please email Coach Helms to coordinate pick up. If you do not receive your parking pass or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Coach Helms at [email protected]. 850-245-3996

When purchasing your parking pass, PLEASE ENTER THE STUDENT NAME when checking out (not the parent name).

Prior to purchasing a parking pass, please upload the Parking Permission Form, a copy of the student's driver's license, and car insurance to FOCSU.
If you purchase a parking pass before the summer, come to Coach Helms' office to pick up your pass. During the summer, we will arrange "pick up dates".
